It seems NES has cut ...What is going on with this? It seems NES has cut / chopped/ butchered trees in Sylvan Park every year since I moved here. Is there a kick back going to NES from the Tree trimming companies? Would not placing the lines under ground the be cheaper option in the long run, 10, 20 years.
