Housing prices fall again

The housing market is making a big correction, though I'm still not sure what that means for Sylvan Park (possibly more days on the market and slightly reduced prices, but I'm no real-estate expert).

Those of you who are real estate pros, feel free to weigh in with your thoughts. As an aside, here's one local blogger's take on how much time has passed since the housing market last fell this sharply.
