SPNA Yard Sale Saturday (May 10)

SPNA will hold its Annual Spring Yard Sale this Saturday (May 10) from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. There's still time to register, but hurry!

SPNA will provide:

  • A large ad in The Tennessean on Friday and Saturday publicizing the sale and indicating where customers may obtain maps to the sale locations.
  • Bright balloons on your mailbox to identify your sale.
  • Maps with specific address listing special items of interest as provided by the participants.
The cost of the Yard Sale is $15.00 for SPNA Members and $30.00 for Non-Members (which includes SPNA membership). For more information contact Wendell Goodman at (615) 385-2276 or goodmanwg@bellsouth.net. A registration form is included in the latest issue of the SPNA newsletter.

  1. I bought the Tennessean this morning to find the ad for the annual Sylvan Park Yard sale and I do not see any information about it. Can you tell me where to find a map and any other information that will help me in my adventure tomorrow?

I found the listing in the online version of The Tennessean, but it does not say where you can get a map. I published a notice about the sale on Craig's List this morning.

  3. The ad is in the print edition on Page 7S. There will be several homes on each of the streets mentioned in the ad, and maps will be available at those homes. The homes will be marked by balloons.

Maps will also be available at the Goodmans' home at 4901 Park Avenue. Thanks for posting the craigslist ad. Happy Shopping!
