The Sylvan Park Neighborhood Association (SPNA) is the collective community voice for addressing neighborhood issues such as zoning and development, traffic calming, safety, and neighborhood beautification.

SPNA meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Cohn School (Senior Renaissance Center). Email spna@sylvanpark.org for details.

Brush collection begins Sept. 23

Metro Public Works will begin brush collection on Tuesday, Sept. 23, in Nashville's Area 9, which includes all of Sylvan Park. Please have your brush out for collection by this date. Public Works will be collecting brush for approximately 10 days in the area beginning on the 23rd.

Review the collection information from Public Works before you set your brush out for pickup to make sure you follow the guidelines. You can also sign up to receive email notifications about brush pickup and other Public Works services based on your address.
