SPNA yard sale this Saturday (May 15)

The annual SPNA yard sale will be held this Saturday, May 15, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at more than 30 homes throughout the neighborhood. Homes will be marked with balloons on their mailboxes. Maps listing all of the participating homes will be available at each address. Many area merchants are participating, too. Hope to see you there!

I was under the impression that goodwill was going to pick-up the unwanted yardsale items on saturday. They did not come to get my things, and I saw a pile at another neighbors house also. Were we supposed to call them?

  2. Hello--

    Thanks for commenting.

Yes, that was my understanding, too. I think there must have been a breakdown on Goodwill's end, perhaps because of all the rain Saturday afternoon. Goodwill did not come by to pick up our stuff, either, so we took it to the dump on Sunday because it was soaked by the rain.
