The Sylvan Park Neighborhood Association (SPNA) is the collective community voice for addressing neighborhood issues such as zoning and development, traffic calming, safety, and neighborhood beautification.

SPNA meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Cohn School (Senior Renaissance Center). Email spna@sylvanpark.org for details.

SPNA membership meeting Monday (August 9)

SPNA will hold its monthly membership meeting on Monday, August 9, at 7 p.m. in the basement of the Cohn Adult Learning Center at the intersection of 48th and Park Avenues. The agenda for the meeting is attached. Minutes from the July membership meeting are attached for your review.

  1. Sentinel Drive is constantly being reconnoitered by single males walking along the street dressed in gang attire. Just spotted a male walking alone at 11:23pm. when approached, he continued as if he did not know I was there.
