The Bloomy Rind Available at Porter Road Butcher

For those of you who have visited Porter Road in East Nashville, you've probably also had a chance to sample some of the amazing cheese from the Bloomy Rind. Well, good news. The Bloomy Rind is now also at the Porter Road West location! According to the Bloomy Rind's Facebook page, they won't have a cut-to-order cheese counter, because the new shop has a different layout.

The plan is to have a smaller, carefully chosen selection of pre-cut cheeses, plus the ability to order special offerings each week. The Bloomy Rind said they're still working on the special ordering plan, so stay tuned.

Starting early this week, pre-cut pieces will be ready in the reach market cooler along with some crackers and jams available to go with them. The Bloomy Rind may have some "cheese plates in a bag" ready to go as well.
