About SPNA

The Sylvan Park Neighborhood Association (SPNA) is the collective community voice for addressing neighborhood issues such as zoning and development, traffic calming, safety, and neighborhood beautification.

SPNA meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Cohn School (Senior Renaissance Center). Email spna@sylvanpark.org for details.

Sylvan Park 2021 Neighborhood Yard Sale
Saturday, July 24th - 8am to 2pm

Come shop this multi-family sale:  Gardening items, special collections, antiques, furniture, home decor, toys, clothing, and more!

Alternatively, you can download the Yard Sale Treasure Map app and use the app to navigate through the sale locations.

After the sale, Goodwill will have 2 trucks on Park Avenue next to Richland Park from 1-3pm.  Yard sale participants (or others) are welcome to drop off unsold goods at the Goodwill trucks at the completion of their sales.  For a list of items that Goodwill accepts, please see https://giveit2goodwill.org/donate/.
