The Sylvan Park Neighborhood Association (SPNA) is the collective community voice for addressing neighborhood issues such as zoning and development, traffic calming, safety, and neighborhood beautification.

SPNA meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Cohn School (Senior Renaissance Center). Email spna@sylvanpark.org for details.

SPNA Annual Meeting
Monday, January 10, 2022

The Sylvan Park Neighborhood Association 2022 annual meeting will be held on Monday, January 10th, at 7pm.  Our January meeting will be held at Cohn School (4805 Park Avenue) in the Senior Renaissance Center room.  You'll find the entrance off of the Cohn parking lot on 48th Avenue, between Park and Elkins.

All neighbors are welcome to attend!

Election of SPNA 2022 Officers and Steering Committee members will take place at the annual meeting. All members who have paid their 2022 dues prior to the start of the meeting are eligible to vote.

The Sylvan Park Neighborhood Association membership fee for 2022 is $25 per person (or $50 for a household of 2+).  Signing up for membership prior to Monday night is simple:

  • Click on the gold "Pay Now" button on our website, or
  • Bring a check made out to "SPNA" to Monday night's meeting
