The Sylvan Park Neighborhood Association (SPNA) is the collective community voice for addressing neighborhood issues such as zoning and development, traffic calming, safety, and neighborhood beautification.

Richland-West End Home Tour this weekend (May 2-3)
The Richland-West End Neighborhood Association will hold its 31st Annual Home and Garden Tour on Saturday and Sunday, May 2-3, from noon to 5 p.m. The tour will feature eight homes and seven gardens. Tickets for the tour are available for $12 for adults and $5 for children under age 12.
